Last year the 4th was on a Saturday. It was annoying to have check in day be the same as the 4th, but it did help minimize some of the crowds to the area. People were split between the week before the 4th and the week after the 4th. With the 4th being on a Monday, pretty much everyone and their mom was in St Augustine at the same time we were! Every year we go to Katie's family's rental condo to enjoy the 4th with them. This year they had a lot more people than usual and moved things around a bit and did a lunch rather than a dinner. We decided to hit the beach for a couple hours then head to their house. They invited us to to come to their beach with them but with Zach's back it was smarter for us just to stay put rather than him having to carry our stuff on their beach! #reallife Kye is "all boy" in a lot of ways. He's allll about some boogie boarding at the beach but I'm super thankful that he also loves hunting shells too. It...
