2013 In Pictures

2013 was a year filled with many wonderful memories and blessings for our family, as well as many times of sadness and heartbreak. I tried very hard to find the good in all things and I feel like those difficulties we faced only brought us closer together and closer to our Lord. I feel like I "grew up" a lot this year. I've become stronger emotionally than I ever thought possible, I've become more confident in my faith and better able to seek Jesus in all aspects of life.

It's hard to believe how far we've come in just one year!!! I love this chance to take a look back over all of our biggest moments from each month!

January

The big thing this month was weaning Britt!

February

We went to PCB for Valentine's Day! I LOVED that trip!!!

March

We celebrated Kye's 4th Birthday with his fun firetruck themed party

We also started our journey with Kye's growth delay concerns

Britt started potty training!

And we celebrated Easter

April

Britt graduated from survival swim!!!

I had my foot surgery (hopefully my only foot surgery...)

Britt had her first official girl day with a trip to the strawberry patch!

May

We surprised Kye with a (much needed!) trip to DISNEY!

We also celebrated Mother's Day

and Zach and I celebrated our 6th wedding anniversary with a trip to Cozumel!

June

Kye attended golf camp with Colt

and we enjoyed our yearly family golf outing for Father's Day

Casey and I had a blast on our girl's trip to Memphis!

July

We had probably our best trip yet to St Augustine for the 4th!

The kids and I also did our yearly Fire Station Visit

and had an adventure with Aunt Casey going up to Zoo Atlanta!

Our whole family was in shock when Austin passed away unexpectedly and losing him at such a young age has changed us all forever.

Sweet Julia came to visit which brought us such joy at the end of summer!

August

We celebrated Zach's 29th Birthday

and went to my 10 year high school reunion!

For Labor Day Casey, Mrs. Charlotte and I had a great beach visit!

September

We had a great time at Disney with Casey and Jordan!

And loved cheering on our Seminoles during their Unconquered Season!

October

We finally attended our first family VSU game

and went to visit my sweet friend, Kelly, and got to see my dad!!!

We also got the AWESOME news that Casey and Jordan will be parents!!!

And we rocked out our Peter Pan themed Halloween costumes!

November

I enjoyed my first 29th birthday

and Zach made it extra special with a surprise dinner in Orlando

Kye planned an awesome bonfire night

We enjoyed Destin on our first Advocare trip!

Kye had his first ever sleep over

And we had a wonderful Thanksgiving!

December

We got ready for Christmas!

We celebrated Britt's 2nd Birthday with a sunshine themed party

Zach and I spent our little Christmas together freezing in NYC

And everyone was sick for Christmas...but we loved it anyway :)

We also made our exciting announcement that sets up 2014 to be an amazing year for our family!

I am so thankful for all of our many blessings this past year and am looking forward to the many amazing memories that are sure to come in 2014!

You can see past years here, can I just say I LOVE how long I've been blogging now?!?! It's SO awesome to be able to go back over the past five years of our lives!!!
