We scheduled Brittlynn's 1 year photos for Dec 1st. Her party was on the 8th and I wanted to have some of the pictures on display at the party...and wanted to use some of the pics for our Christmas card this year! It's WONDERFUL with Britt no longer having an evening nap. We had so much more time! Originally Lindsay and I wanted to do the shoot at Hambrick's Tree Farm. With how rough our tree farm experience was I figured that was a no-go. Since she seems to dislike dirt (like her mama...) I suggested to go downtown to do them. Lots of concrete...no dirt :) It was JAMMED with other people taking pictures but that didn't slow us down! Here are all my favorites from the shoot! Of course we used Captured By Colson yet again. Lindsay is pregnant with baby #2 so if you're looking to do pics be sure to book her quick before that baby arrives and she takes some time off to adjust ;) I really love how our colors came together. Every birthday invitation for Kye has included a picture of him on it (but that's probably changing for his 4th birthday! I already ordered the invites!) so I wanted to do the same thing for Brittlynn. Her 1 year photo shoot wasn't until Dec 1st and her party was a week after so I couldn't wait for the professional pics to put them on the invites. Y'all know I've been talking about how ROUGH she's been for pictures...I was pretty nervous about how I'd do getting some of her and especially managing to get one that would be invite worthy haha!
