Britt Monthly Summary: March 2018

Monday, May 7, 2018

All about Britt from March! Britt had an egg hunt at her school this month for Easter. I felt super bad I couldn't be there but it was the same day as Kye's field trip to the zoo and I'd already RSVPed to that event first! Thankfully Mrs Charlotte was able to attend the egg hunt. I know it's OKAY if someone isn't at each and every thing but it's important to me to at least attempt to have someone there if someone is able to go!

Kye Monthly Summary: March 2018

All about Kye's March! Kye got SLAMMED with sickness at the end of February and we were SO thankful that he started feeling better a couple days before his birthday party. He wasn't 100% but he was fever free and able to go back to school!

Family Fun: March

All about our March! A big event this month was mine and Katie's version of the Super Bowl...OSCAR NIGHT! We had a great time seeing all the movies this year and enjoyed watching the awards together. You can see all of my reviews of the Best Picture Nominees here!

Epcot Flower and Garden Festival

Wednesday, May 2, 2018

Awhile back we received an invitation to my cousin's wedding in the mail. It's been roughly 6 years since I've had a relationship with my mom and with many members of her side of my family. Slowly, over time, doors have been re-opened with family members and I've been SO thankful to those who have reached back out and made those efforts to reconnect. It's been a HUGE blessing in my life and receiving the invite for Susi's wedding in the mail was a HUGE deal to me. No hesitation on our part, we wouldn't be missing it for the WORLD.

Baby "Must Have" List for Twins {Guest Post}

Tuesday, May 1, 2018

This post was written by Cole Ramirz as a guest post for my blog! I know SO MANY mamas are pregnant with twins and it can be overwhelming to know what is actually needed...enjoy her insight on this topic! ***** With each baby, I have developed more of a LESS IS MORE attitude. My husband hates clutter (and really, so do I), so with each new child I've felt some pressure to really pare down baby items to just the necessities. But of course, we have twins.  What does this mean in terms of STUFF?  we thought.  Do we need two of everything ? Two cribs, two swings, two pack and plays? Double the clothes, the diapers, the bottles, and the wipes? OH THE FEAR IN MY HUSBAND'S EYES. She's not going to buy two of those huge jumparoos is she?
