Miss Brittlynn turned three months old on March 6th! I love using her monthly stickers, I ordered them from this site . I actually save every sticker each month...I was saving them for Robyn but now that we know she's having a boy I'm saving them for whoever is the next one to have a girl who might wanna use them (I was going to give them to Crissy but she got some at her shower!). Any takers? I took her pics this month with her mermaid doll. It usually sits on her pink chair...isn't it cute? It's a blabla doll :) According to What to Expect the First Year Brittlynn can do everything a three month old baby should be able to do including: lift head up 45 degrees when on stomach Britt can also do everything a three month old will probably be able to do including: laugh out loud (favorite sound EVER!) on stomach, lift head 90 degrees squeal in delight (okay...I lied THIS is my favorite sound) bring both hands together smile spontaneously follo...
Week 13 of Britt's life went from Feb 28th through March 5th. She turned 13 weeks old on Tuesday March 6th. Since it all worked out so perfectly that her week 14 started on the day she turned three months old, I decided this will be the last of her weekly posts. She's at a point now where not as many changes are happening each week and I can just keep good notes and make one big, long monthly one (my least favorite posts to write...and probably your least favorite to read...but I think they will be the favorites for the kids someday!). Schedule: Britt's schedule was the same this week as Week 12 . We are getting in a pretty good grove during awake times...I typically put her on her belly right after I get her dressed in the morning then soon after each other feeding during the day. I always put a toy in front of her, especially her mirror. She usually does about 10 min or so of tummy time at each awake time, I pick her up from it whenever she starts getting fussy. ...
Kye turned three on March 4th. It fell on a Sunday this year so we did his party the day before his actual birthday. It all really worked out well and I enjoyed that we all got to spend his birthday together since it was on a weekend! That morning we did our tradition of waking Kye up by singing happy birthday to him. You can see the video of that here ! I love how the first thing he says is "I got big!" Our church routine right now is that Mom comes over at 9ish and the three of them go to class then I bring Brittlynn in time for actual service at 10:30. It just doesn't make sense to try to take Britt to class right now...I mean one of us would have to be holding her the whole time to try to get her to sleep (it's her nap) so we couldn't pay attention anyway so I stay back because that way I can pump for the feeding she misses while at church :) Since it was Kye's birthday Mom came over early so he could open her presents. He was SO excited about ...
